transformation of inner self after spirit removal

How Does Spirit Removal Transform Our Inner Self and Relationships with Spirits?

The Spirit Removal Process exerts a profound influence on our entire being, stemming from the fact that we often have been tied to the spirit for many years. This long association enables the spirit to affect most of our beliefs, modifying them in such a way that we maintain contact with it indefinitely. In today’s post, we will answer a question: How does spirit removal process transform our inner self and relationships with spirits?

A Spirit's Calculation: Energy and Survival

The strategy of the spirit, driven by a survival instinct, is to bind us as closely to itself as possible. For the spirit, this is of utmost importance as its existence depends on it. While it's a misconception that the human soul can perish, the spirit operates on an emotional level, lacking the awareness that comes only with reaching higher levels of subtle bodies.

The spirit's calculation is straightforward: "I must do everything within my power to draw energy from the human for as long as possible." To this end, the spirit will not hesitate to do anything that strengthens its position in this pursuit. At the lowest levels of the astral world (a place where spirits who didn’t transition to the other side reside), marked by a panicky fear of survival, the spirit lacks morality as understood in life, devoid of compassion or sympathy for the possessed person, even if it's someone close.

This doesn't mean the spirit lacks higher qualities entirely. Its consciousness will return once it ascends in vibrations, moving beyond the lowest human motivations, beyond the survival level of the astral world. This opportunity arises each time it is led away from a person (during the spirit removal process), which happens often, yet the survival instinct also instills a fear of the higher realms. The Light, to which it could depart, represents a vast unknown, feared as much as the struggle for survival itself.

Thus, the Light is perceived as a threat, with the spirit lacking the courage to even glance in its direction. This means one should not expect the spirit to leave the possessed person of its own volition. Stuck in a flawed conception of the world, this should not discourage the possessed person. On the contrary, one should work even harder on oneself, seizing every opportunity to distance oneself from spirits.

The Essence of Removal Process: Maintaining Peace

The spirit removal process should primarily be a time when the possessed person maintains the highest level of calm, distancing oneself from all negative emotions, not just those based on anger but also those leading to discouragement and depression. It's advised that the possessed person not meditate, as meditation or prayer can facilitate easier communication with spirits that have already penetrated and modified a large area of their psyche. Instead, one should focus all attention on recognizing their emotional state, as attention acts as a magnifying glass, enlarging everything it's directed towards.

The possessed person should scrutinize both negative and positive emotions. Many fear delving into the negative, but without this, we can't identify what's happening within us, which aspects of our psyche need diminishing or enhancing. Upon recognizing any negative emotion, immediate distancing is necessary, recognizing its destructive nature and dissociating from the notion that negative emotions could serve as a source of power (e.g., for defense against spirits through hatred, which only fuels the spirit with more energy). Each negative emotion is inherently destructive and will lead to downfall sooner or later.

The goal isn't to immerse oneself in negative emotions during the spirit removal process but to notice them and divert attention away. This approach will help us map our psyche, which the spirit has already manipulated. Once we understand our negative emotions, largely predominant in cases of spirit possession, we begin to distinguish whether they are ours or the spirits'. The spirit ensures we frequently experience negative emotions, for emotional closeness leads to an equalization of energy levels. We possess energy; the spirit does not. If we succumb to the spirit's negative emotions, a process of energy equalization begins, allowing the spirit to receive its daily energy dose.

Recognizing Our Emotional State

The initial step in distancing from the emotions of spirits is recognizing our emotional state. We need to know how we feel at any moment of the day—sad, excited, angry, self-pitying, resigned, etc.—as well as our feelings upon waking, an hour ago, or five minutes ago. Only then can we identify when and how spirits approach us, what tricks they use to make us react to their negative emotions. Spirits prefer to provoke us into the most widespread human emotion—anger. It's easy for a spirit to associate its anger with ours, given that everyone is angry at something—politicians, corporations, neighbors, bosses, family members, etc.

Without recognizing our own emotional state, we have no way to distance ourselves from such emotions. Our emotional process then runs on its own, completely automatically. That's why we must delve into our negative emotions, even if momentarily. It's impossible to exit a room we dislike without actively searching for the door leading. Recognizing our negative emotions is key to unlocking this door. By doing so, we empower ourselves to step into a space of greater clarity and peace, ultimately living a life free from spirits.
