Is Your Spiritual Journey Leading You to Higher Wisdom or Deeper Confusion?

 Exploring Spiritual Depths

In today's times, an increasing number of people are delving into spirituality, eager to understand how the Universe operates and how to align their existence with its Laws. Internally, we intuitively feel that we originate from a Higher Source, acknowledging that our physical reality is far from perfect, yet believing we can stride towards perfection on the path of spiritual development. This noble pursuit is precisely why we are here in the physical world. However, the spiritual journey is tricky, and you should constantly evaluate whether it is leading you to higher wisdom or deeper confusion.

The Quest for Spiritual Alignment: Are We Walking the Right Path?

The entire universe is driven by a continuous aspiration towards evolution and progress. Everything around us evolves – the plant world, the animal kingdom, and, of course, humans.

Despite humans stumbling and constantly encountering obstacles of their own making, hope encourages us to rise after every fall. It's no surprise that our world isn't perfect. If we consider the evolution of man, with the animalistic human on one end of the scale and the divine human on the other, we've come a long way, yet humanity has only reached the midpoint of its evolution.

This means we have already traversed a long path, but an equally long journey still lies ahead. In this context, those gradually becoming more attuned to the subtle realms, sensing the whispers of subtle worlds more clearly, begin to grow impatient. They strive to accelerate their own evolutionary process, wishing to realize the divine human as soon as possible.

Navigating the Ego's Labyrinth: The Challenge of True Spiritual Growth

We must constantly remember that the journey towards the subtle realms cannot be hastened except through devotion and service to humanity. It's a challenging path that requires overcoming all limitations imposed by one's own egoistic self, which fiercely claims power and succumbs to egocentrism.

Therefore, the life of a spiritual seeker is filled with relentless work, as the ego does not relinquish power without a struggle. Greater ego renunciation often leads to suffering because, in the process of discarding falsehoods, the ego suffers. It's worth mentioning that only our ego is capable of suffering. Our higher self is completely impervious to any form of pain, injury, or death. This path, besides occasional suffering, brings increasing joy from breaking free from the prison cell of egoism and opening up to divine signals.

Often, in this situation, the ego, in its great cunning, begins to tempt us with shortcuts. It's akin to pushing us towards an accelerated path for which we are not yet internally prepared. Our muscles are not yet strong enough to walk this fast-tracked path. The ego knows that this will lead to suffering, which is exactly what it desires. Our ego thrives on suffering.

We then start to explore various subtle phenomena more intensely. This includes numerous methods such as tantra, kundalini yoga, past life regression, hypnosis, spiritism, energy-boosting breathing exercises, and many others.

These paths can have (excluding hypnosis and spiritualism) a beneficial effect on the advanced, however, most people who have mediumistic abilities are not yet sufficiently advanced. As a result, they open themselves up to "guidance from above," allowing beings from subtle worlds to direct their fate. These realms are inhabited by both light beings who are benevolently inclined towards humans (following such beings is pure bliss) and those who are not.

The Pitfalls of Premature Spiritual Exploration

For a person who has mediumistic abilities, it is easiest to establish contact with the emotional world, that is, the astral world. The first layer our traveler will encounter is the lowest regions of the astral world, areas of the strongest negative emotions. The Law of Vibration states that everything in the Universe is arranged in vibrational layers. Therefore, to reach the high spiritual worlds, we must first navigate through the vibrations of the lower worlds – emotional and mental.

Here we encounter beings (spirits) who, in life, ardently studied various aspects of esoteric knowledge but did not make sufficient progress to avoid getting lost after death in the astral/emotional world. For various reasons, they lacked the courage to move on to God, to the higher worlds, and decided to stay where they felt safest, close to physicality.

This led to the reorganization of their astral body, detailed in "In the Wheel of Life," Volume 2. Another consequence of choosing to stay near physicality is these souls' forced disconnection from the energy of the Universe. These beings often possess much knowledge but not enough wisdom. Constantly residing in survival instinct energies, they are eternally hungry for life energy, which they could nourish themselves with. They are drawn to individuals striving upwards, especially those with a voracious appetite for esoteric knowledge.

The Spiritual Dilemma: Symbiosis with the Astral Being

Here, a "symbiosis" often forms between a person desiring subtle development and the spirit of a deceased person who possesses such knowledge. This leads the individual to become fascinated with the spirit, mistakenly assuming they are in contact with a being that has reached a high spiritual level, rather than just an emotional one. The problem is that such a spirit, instead of focusing on serving humanity, convinces itself and the possessed person that it must have the greatest possible impact on humanity's fate, that it must do everything possible to "change the world," instead of improving itself.

Such a spirit feels compelled to help the world, and where there is compulsion, there is error. The spirit wanders, and misguidedly leads those who listen to it. This spirit does not receive energy from any source and is forced to steal it from its "pupil." This strongly resembles the character of Quirinus Quirrell, who is under the total control of Lord Voldemort's spirit in the first part of the Harry Potter series, "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone."

This type of constellation is a great suffering for the individual because they continually give away their energy and fall deeper into a maze of the spirit's erroneous beliefs.

Therefore, if our goal is the higher realms of reality, we must continuously practice humility, serve others, and constantly check if we are still on the correct path. Without this, the risk of spirit possession is very high for people who have mediumistic abilities.
