Have you ever wondered why you keep encountering the same distressing situations? Why, despite your efforts, do you find yourself living through the same scenarios? Often, our underlying false beliefs, which we're frequently unaware of, are to blame. In today's post, we'll delve into this crucial topic and show you how to identify and change these false beliefs within yourself. Changing your beliefs can transform your world!
Perhaps you're working hard, striving to improve your life, but still feel stuck in the same place? This only fuels your frustration, or maybe you've already given up and settled for less. While it's important to work towards our goals on a physical level, that alone is not enough. We must start with spiritual work. What does that mean? We need to uncover the false beliefs we carry, understand their origins, and gradually change them. Our beliefs are like seeds. We carry seeds of beautiful flowers as well as weeds. If we plant a weed seed, despite nurturing it (i.e., working hard physically), a weed will grow, not a beautiful flower. So, to succeed, you must rid yourself of weed seeds (false beliefs) and sow only flower seeds.
The problem is that we often refuse to examine our seeds. In challenging times, we scatter whatever seeds are at hand, usually ending up with weeds. Then, we're surprised that our garden looks ugly (our lives full of suffering).
Let's apply this to a real-life situation: Suppose Emily dreams of a better job. Her current boss is unpleasant, insulting, and often criticizes her. Emily finds a better job and is incredibly satisfied, feeling relieved. However, a few weeks into her new job, it turns out her new boss is a carbon copy of the old one. Worse, a newly met boyfriend, with whom she had high hopes, also turns out to be a jerk who constantly criticizes and lectures her.
Instead of looking for another job and a new boyfriend (a choice most people make), Emily should reflect on why this situation repeats in her life. She should ask herself, "What does this show me? What do I need to change within myself so this situation doesn't repeat? The universe loves me very much and will present situations where I need to rid myself of weed seeds (false beliefs) to overcome these situations and not attract them anymore."
So, let's think: the boss is unpleasant, treats me badly, as does the boyfriend. How others treat us is a reflection of what we think about ourselves. Emily should consider where she is being unpleasant to herself, where she mistreats herself. Suddenly, a plethora of situations appears... But wait... where did she learn this behavior? Perhaps from her parents? As a child, they often criticized her and even complained about having to take care of her. She felt worthless and rejected, as if even her own parents didn't want her.
Aha! That is Emily's weed seed, which makes her garden look ugly (in other words, her false belief that adds suffering to her life)! Emily feels worthless and rejected because her parents rejected her, so she carries the unacknowledged belief that the whole world can now reject and criticize her. Emily's boss and boyfriend simply reflect the false beliefs Emily has carried since childhood and still believes in. Now, imagine how Emily would feel if she didn't carry these beliefs? She'd likely walk more upright, feel more confident, not hide, not apologize constantly for everything, have the courage to share her opinion, even feel more attractive, etc. Emily's task is to love and accept herself, regardless of what her parents thought. She must love and accept herself unconditionally.
Do you see how important it is to analyze our beliefs? Without changing them, we will continue to attract the same situations, in Emily's case, situations where others will insult, criticize, and show her she's worthless. It doesn't matter if Emily changes jobs or boyfriends, etc. Old beliefs will still attract these situations.
Our beliefs can also invite spirits into our lives. For example, if we carry the belief of being a victim, we will attract situations where we experience pain, and spirits perform this task perfectly. Our assistants at The Dr. Wanda Pratnicka Center, who lead people through the spirit removal process, often make clients aware of their false, unconscious beliefs and teach how to change them. Changing beliefs often leads to not inviting spirits into our lives anymore.
Finding our false beliefs is neither an easy task nor a pleasant one. First, we must admit to ourselves that we are attracting suffering. Our ego often wants to blame everyone else but ourselves. So, right here, you must gather the courage and not allow the ego to find fault in others and take responsibility for your life. Secondly, we may be forced to revisit moments from our life that were even traumatic. Unfortunately, if we don't return to them and heal them, those experiences will continue to spill toxins and poison the rest of our lives. Changing your beliefs, I guarantee you will change your life!
