The world we live in is filled with challenges. Some feel light, almost imperceptible—like a gentle morning breeze. Others press down on us with the weight of a stone laid upon the chest. We tend to call them “life’s adversities,” as if they arrived from some mysterious external force. In truth, they are born much closer to home. They arise from us. From our emotions. From our thoughts. From inner states we generate constantly, often without noticing.
Conflict appears to be woven into human existence, yet it is not beyond influence. You are not powerless in its presence. Through understanding your inner world, you gain the ability to loosen its grip. The real question is not whether change is possible—but whether you are willing to look inward.
Every human being functions within a certain vibrational range shaped by emotions and thoughts. At times, this range reaches extraordinary heights—creativity, insight, clarity. At other times, it collapses into its lowest expressions, feeding conflict and suffering. Speaking in broad terms, humanity can be seen as divided into two groups. This division has nothing to do with wealth, race, education, intelligence, or social standing.
The first group consists of those who have anchored themselves in a higher level of consciousness—spiritual by nature. The second includes those trapped in lower emotional states, governed primarily by survival instinct. This instinct manifests as fear: fear of tomorrow, fear of the present, fear rooted in constant reference to the past. Life becomes reactive rather than conscious. Between these two extremes exists a wide spectrum of inner states, countless shades rather than a simple binary.
The difference, however, is fundamental. Those aligned with higher consciousness have loosened the constant grip of survival fear. They may still worry at times—about themselves or loved ones—but fear no longer defines their inner climate. The second group lives within this fear continuously, often without realizing it.

In this sense, we can speak of two forms of consciousness. One arises from fear. The other from love. Those who move closer to higher vibrational states experience something that could be described as the breath of God. They are naturally drawn toward joy, enthusiasm, devotion, compassion, and care for others.
Those anchored in fear live within a consciousness of lack—the belief that there is never enough, and that whatever they have is about to disappear. These individuals are haunted by the fear of loss in all forms: financial, physical, emotional, relational. They fear losing health, security, love, and the people closest to them. This state of consciousness includes what is often referred to as the lower astral level—a realm inhabited by spirits of the deceased—as well as higher spiritual states where fear gradually loses its dominance.
The title of this text is not accidental. The cage of consciousness describes a reality in which part of humanity exists in relative freedom, while another part remains imprisoned within low emotional and mental states. Those in the first group will eventually free themselves completely. When they do, they often look back in disbelief, wondering how they endured submission to such restrictive emotional laws for so long.
Until that moment arrives, however, they must remain within the cage long enough to experience the consequences of their own thinking and emotional patterns. This is how the universal law of cause and effect operates.
What brings genuine optimism is the growing number of people who are beginning to recognize this astral imprisonment. More individuals are noticing their emotions with an intensity previously unfamiliar to them. Why is this happening?
Partly because the overall energy of the planet is rising, increasing sensitivity to higher vibrational states. Partly because each soul continues its own process of maturation and expansion. These individuals now feel their suffering clearly. They sense the heaviness of the inner hell they inhabit. And at the same time, they intuit—often faintly, but persistently—that liberation is possible. They are right.
When attention turns inward, when thoughts and emotional reactions are observed honestly, change begins naturally. What once caused suffering gradually loosens its hold.
We observe this phenomenon in a very tangible way: more and more people seek spirit removal process. When a person remains too long in low vibrational states, they tend to connect with inhabitants of the lower astral realm—spirits of the deceased. This connection intensifies emotional suffering that already existed. The purpose of spirit removal is to dissolve these bonds, and in most cases, the process proves effective.
This may be because those who seek help are often already prepared for transformation. Occasionally, there are individuals who desire freedom while still clinging—out of habit—to lower states. Yet ultimately, every soul, without exception, will recognize the discomfort of its condition and understand that it has remained too long in a place that no longer serves it.
Low emotional states once played a role in human development, when evolution itself functioned at a more primitive level. Today, these emotions are harmful—damaging not only emotional balance, but mental and physical health as well.
For this reason, hope grows that increasing numbers of people will transition from lower to higher consciousness. The purpose of this shift is complete liberation from the astral cage and movement toward what is ever more expansive—toward God. This process, however, must be conscious.
An emotional difficulty must be recognized before it can dissolve. At the end of this unfolding, what falls away is not only low emotional awareness, but negativity itself. The aim is a complete release from irritation, anger, rage, hatred, envy, jealousy, self-pity, fear, and all related states.
Our hope is that this transformation unfolds swiftly, so that all may breathe freely in a world governed by the Universe—by Life, by God—rather than by a small, frightened ego.
Your soul was created for freedom. Not for confinement.
