Can Our Emotions Mold Reality, and Can We Escape the Influence of Negative Spirits?

Unveiling the Power Within: Creating Our Reality

As beings, we hold the creative reins to our world and everything within it—circumstances, the people walking alongside us through life, and the connections we forge. Our opportunities, finances, successes, and failures all fall within the realm of our influence. We are not victims; rather, it is our actions, emotions, and thoughts that attract the reality in which we find ourselves.

Breaking Free from Dependency Mindsets

Embracing this reality can be challenging for many due to the pervasive mindset of dependence. Whether it's reliance on family, friends, acquaintances, adversaries, employers, employees, or external circumstances and regulations, breaking free from these mental chains is a daunting task. When striving for achievements, our minds instinctively focus on the obstacles we must overcome. However, a different approach is possible—one that involves delving deeper into ourselves to identify the root cause of our situations. While not a simple task, it proves to be the only effective one.

Entities (spirits) from the realm of the departed are quick to exploit our vulnerabilities, intensifying them for their own purposes. Paradoxically, these spirits contribute to our development by attaching themselves to our weaknesses. They infuse strong energies into our feeble points, negative emotions, and thoughts, sometimes leading to real tragedies. Spirits not only deteriorate our emotional well-being but also drain our energy, fostering a pessimistic mindset.

Embracing Our Role as Creators

We are intricately woven by the universe as creators—there is no turning back. Allowing negative thoughts and emotions draws negativity towards us like a magnet. Our life becomes a manifestation of what we permit in our emotions and thoughts.

Frequent descents into despair often result in an escalating sense of victimhood and self-pity. However, self-pity is yet another negative emotion that begets more troubles.

Escaping this predicament requires continuous self-observation of emotions and thoughts. During this process, many discover intensely negative emotions within, perpetually or periodically surfacing. Some suffering individuals recognize that this energy isn't their own; it's simply too overpowering. This awareness marks the first step towards liberation—acknowledging the spirit possession problem.

The subsequent step involves taking action—seeking assistance from the universe. The universe eagerly awaits this plea. As long as we plunge into the abyss of despair with fervor (some even with admiration), the universe remains powerless. However, asking for help signals our readiness to end the suffering. Guidance emerges, pointing us toward literature or individuals familiar with our plight and capable of offering help. The suffering individual develops a desire to rid themselves of the issue, as many facing serious problems are possessed by spirits. Liberation from spirit possession becomes their primary objective.

This task is formidable. Most individuals who deal with spirit possession have traveled through life with spirits across numerous incarnations. Dependency on spirits equates to dependence on the low emotional states of the astral/emotional world. In these individuals, a yearning for complete liberation from negative emotions emerges. This monumental effort engages all souls—incarnated and non-incarnated. The intensity of possession by spirits causes immense suffering but also serves as tremendous motivation to achieve this noble goal.

Illumination Within the Heart

We are entities crafted from the illuminating flame burning within our hearts. This light is surrounded by copious amounts of filth—negative emotions and thoughts. Yet, our emotions and thoughts are not our essence; we are the inner light, tarnished by this energy. We are shining diamonds in need of cleansing.

As spirits depart, we increasingly sense that we are something more and strive towards "being something more." This marks the initial moment when genuine spiritual development becomes possible. Previously, it was unattainable as we were entwined with spirits, unsure whether a particular emotion or thought truly belonged to us. Once spirits depart, we are left alone with our emotions and thoughts, gaining the ability to change them.

Over time, as this internal work progresses, the light within our hearts instinctively draws us towards higher energetic realms. Here, we distinctly recognize our Source—our inherent Love, Wisdom, and Power. At this stage, we discern clearly that everything is within our control. We can learn to live in complete freedom from negative emotions and thoughts.

Our lives improve steadily as we no longer replay negative programs. Instead, we attract an abundance of all kinds into our world.
