Interpersonal conflicts are an inevitable part of relationships, arising from a myriad of complex factors. At their core, these conflicts often stem from differences in values, beliefs, and the ways individuals perceive reality. People raised in diverse cultural, social, or family environments develop distinct value systems and expectations, leading to misunderstandings in daily interactions.
A significant source of conflict is the competition over limited resources, whether material, like money and goods, or immaterial, such as time, attention, or power. When multiple individuals vie for the same resources, tensions and conflicts of interest naturally emerge. Additionally, differences in communication styles—where some prefer direct confrontation and others avoid conflicts—can exacerbate tensions.
Ineffective communication is another crucial factor in conflicts. The inability to express needs and feelings, misinterpretation of others' intentions, or lack of active listening can lead to misunderstandings. Prejudices, stereotypes, and past experiences also influence how we perceive and interpret others' behaviors.
Conflicts may also stem from differences in goals and priorities, especially in professional or family settings. When individuals pursue different objectives or have divergent visions on how to achieve a common goal, tensions arise. Moreover, power struggles, whether in organizations or personal relationships, often lead to conflicts.
Emotions play a key role in the emergence of conflicts. Stress, fatigue, frustration, or a sense of threat can turn minor misunderstandings into serious disputes. Often, conflicts arise from unmet needs—desires for recognition, respect, security, or belonging. When people feel their basic needs are unmet, they are more prone to conflict.
It's important to recognize that conflicts are not inherently bad—they can lead to positive changes, growth, and better understanding among people. The key lies in how conflicts are resolved and whether parties can constructively use differences of opinion to develop better solutions.
Every situation that triggers negative emotional patterns has the potential to sow discord and generate even stronger negative emotions. These whirlwinds of negativity have the potential to fuel themselves. Allowing such seeds to form always carries the risk of descending down the vibrational scale, towards lower energy frequencies, spiraling into realms of increasingly negative emotions and deteriorating mental states. The effect is such that we energetically descend to the level of astral beings—spirits of deceased individuals who have not moved on after their physical death. Remaining in the physical realm, they persist in a state dominated by survival instincts, accompanied by intensely negative emotions such as anger, rage, hatred, envy, jealousy, and various forms of fear.
When such processes occur on a national scale, conflicts between nations deepen, seemingly insurmountable. The inability to find a way out of difficult situations stems merely from remaining in a state of deep fear. Where fear dominates, there lacks creative thinking and empathy—the ability to see that people in another country suffer just as we do, perhaps even more so. As this situation persists, the desire for violence comes to the forefront, leading to war. The source of such catastrophic events, however, is always found within families, in interpersonal interactions between individuals, before it escalates and engulfs broader groups of a nation. In other words, we ourselves are responsible for major conflicts on the international stage; it is the negative emotions within us, individual people, that ignite these fires.
Spirits constantly residing in a field of fear and hatred, eagerly take advantage of this. Not receiving energy at this level from the Universe, they readily approach the living to connect in aggression, from which they can siphon some of the life energy. Living people continuously receive new energy from the Universe in the form of beautiful white Light, which they habitually direct into various channels—creativity, benevolence, giving to others, and unfortunately, also to channels of anger and rage, to then share it with spirits. When a spirit attaches to a person, hatred significantly intensifies, as spirits transmit to humans powerful, collective negative emotions accumulated over previous generations.
The solution lies in urgently paying attention to our own thoughts and emotions, as these ultimately create conflicts on the international stage. Otherwise, Nature will have to act "in its own way"—allowing bloodshed, hoping that people embroiled in conflict, terribly suffering after the loss of loved ones, will finally come to their senses. That they will awaken from this nightmare and realize that the source of problems is their own thoughts and emotions, not neighbors from other countries. It is crucial, therefore, to maintain calm and inner balance, remembering that the escalation of conflict inevitably leads to catastrophic suffering.
