We are often asked about general tips we can provide for those embarking on a spiritual cleansing from spirits. The advice here is not only relevant during the cleansing period but also beneficial throughout life, as maintaining certain behaviors can ensure comfort and well-being.
One of the most critical aspects is maintaining the highest level of calm. Spirits dwell in negative energy bands such as anger, hatred, envy, excitement, and fear. These emotions are transferred to the person who experiences spirit possession, making it crucial for us to distance ourselves from these energy fields as swiftly as possible. This task is challenging; our world is saturated with negative energy. We encounter traces of rush and irritation at every turn, and sometimes even terror.
Despite their calm demeanor, the people around us rush through life, often carrying strong vibrations of fear, although not always visibly. On the surface, we, therefore, notice various degrees of nervous tension in ourselves and others. When individuals are constantly bombarded with stimuli, negative information, and fear-based conversations, it's easy for energy "short circuits" to occur, which can ignite like a match hitting spilled gasoline.
Such explosions cause people to lose control, and the force of this negative energy affects everyone nearby, even those at a distance. The closer our emotional connections with others, the easier it is for such intensely charged energy to transfer over long distances.
Peace is thus essential in the spirit removal process. Spirits that have been expelled from us experience a significant drop in energy. Previously, they could draw from our energy unimpeded, which sustained their existence. After being driven away, they fall into a profound fear of survival, a powerful human motivator. In their terror, they will try everything within their power to return to us.
This happens automatically, in an instant. If a spirit thinks of its "donor," it is immediately back with them, regardless of the distance it was sent away (unless it decides to depart to the Light). When a spirit returns to the person, it cannot immediately influence them. This is because after expelling the spirit, the possessed person's vibration level changes to a higher one. From the previous level of the spirit world, which was highly negative, they automatically ascend the vibrational ladder, feeling calmer, more confident, and more trusting. At this moment, what we decide to do with our energy level becomes crucial. We can enjoy our newly regained freedom or desire to return to what is familiar, i.e., the negative.
It may seem paradoxical because we signed up for the spirit removal process to free ourselves from the negativity of spirits and our own. However, we must remember that the nature of habit is very strong. The longer we have lived continuously in a world of negative emotions, the harder it will be to free ourselves from it.
Our entire world is arranged in a certain way. If we have spirits, we will be surrounded by people who also have spirits, and the suffering caused by the negative emotions of spirits has become our "daily bread." It's very likely that our work environment will also be characterized by such a negative attitude. This is simply how the world is; humanity forms groups representing a specific level of vibration or mood. Returning to people who usually surround us, now without spirits, we are obliged to start elevating our surroundings to a higher level and be very careful not to let the environment drag us back to our habitual, negative vibration level.
Conversely, if a spirit joins us that does not represent our usual level of vibration. Suppose we are generally cheerful and so are the people around us. If a spirit starts influencing us, we will then deviate from the group, becoming negative, which will disrupt the group in which we habitually reside. Then, the removal process usually proceeds quickly and without major problems, as after expelling the spirit, we return to the previous high level and can easily maintain it internally. We are also externally supported by the high vibrations of the surrounding group of people. It's not uncommon for a member of that group to reach out for help on behalf of the person who experiences possession, seeing their suddenly emerging, incomprehensible suffering.
