Living With a Possessed Person

Living With a Possessed Person

This website is mainly dedicated to people who are experiencing symptoms of spirit possession and want to seriously help themselves. However, there are situations in which a person notices spirit possession not in themselves but among their household members, family, or friends.

This situation is difficult for the people who aren’t experiencing spirit possession because they are existing on an energetically much higher level than the possessed person, and this will result in negative consequences for them.

Spirits Desire an Exclusive Relationship With a Human

Spirits are interested in having the strongest possible relationship with the possessed person, to guarantee that they will be able to stay with the possessed person as long as possible and will be able to take away as much energy as possible. The possessed person's emotional connections with other people are a threat to the spirit. The stronger the possessed person's relationships with those around them, the less strong the relationship is with the spirit. The spirit will therefore do what it can to disrupt these relationships. It will constantly interfere in these relationships and try to sow discord. Discord leads to disintegration and that is what the spirit cares about.

How Spirits Influence Perceptions and Relationships

The spirit will convince the possessed person that the people around them are not right for them, that they are evil, and that they harm them. The spirit has many ways to do this, as it is able to directly influence the possessed person's thoughts. Spirits will, therefore, at every opportunity draw the possessed person's attention to even the slightest weaknesses of the people around them. At first this will cause irritation in the person at the people around them. Later it will turn into anger, then into rage and then into hatred. In this way, the possessed person becomes involved in a spiral of negative emotions directed not only at people close to them, but also those whom they meet occasionally.

The Dual Benefit of Conflict to Spirits

In addition to this, the spirit will emanate strong negative emotions from its own energy system onto the possessed person's surroundings. This means that the growing anger of the possessed person will be joined by the spirit’s extremely strong anger, and other very intense negative emotions. This situation is a double benefit to the spirit. On the one hand it drives loved ones away from the possessed person, and on the other hand it gains more and more energy. This is because every argument in which spirits are able to involve the possessed person and those close to them will give spirits additional energy. In simple terms, we can say that the more the possessed person and their loved ones get involved in arguments, the more energy they give to the spirit.

What Happens When Spirit Possession is Not Recognized and Addressed?

If the people around the possessed person cannot figure out this "game", and the possessed person has no knowledge of the spirit possession, then this will end in complete alienation and isolation of the possessed person. No one can withstand the strong negative energies of the spirit for any length of time. No one will want to give up their energy forever whenever they are in the presence of the possessed person. The person’s surroundings will begin to avoid the possessed individual, and the possessed person, through their own dislike of the people around them, will also not want to be with other people. This, of course, is what the spirit cares most about.

What Happens When Spirit Possession is Not Recognized

Identifying 'Energy Vampires' and Their Impact

Each of us has already met such people. There is a coldness about them. Just being in the presence of such a person, even without speaking to them, deprives us of energy. Such people are said to be energy vampires, but most often they do not intend to steal the energy of others, although such cases do happen. It is simply that the possessed person's entire energy system is reconfigured, and it is focused mostly on conflict. The possessed person usually holds a grudge against the entire world. Sometimes these accusations are directed at the environment in a constant and transparent manner, and sometimes in a very subtle manner so that the people around the possessed person often fail to see through this “game” initially.

What is the Impact of Spirit Possession on Personal Relationships?

This situation obviously creates tremendous suffering not only for the possessed person, but also for those around them, especially if they have a close emotional connection with the possessed person. The stronger the relationship, the longer those around the possessed person will fight for the possessed person, but such a fight is usually doomed to failure. The only solution is to actually lead the spirits away from the possessed person.

At first it is best not to tell the possessed person about the spirit removal process. If the spirit gets to know that it is being led away, it will manipulate the person and their surroundings to convince them to stop the removal process as soon as possible. Only after a few weeks into the removal process is it worthwhile to talk to the possessed person about this, so that the possessed, strengthened by previous removals, can oppose the return of the spirits. It is very common for the spirits to keep returning at the beginning of the removal process. There are of course cases when spirits leave the possessed person at the first removal session, but this is rather rare. Most often the human-spirit relationship is strong and at first requires multiple removal sessions.

Taking the First Step: Consultation with an Exorcist

So if you find yourself in a situation where you see that your loved one is suffering from symptoms of possession it is worth talking to a good exorcist about the spirit removal. Some exorcists offer the removal process from a distance (including us) so there is no need to travel. In part two we will discuss further aspects of being in a close relationship with a possessed person.
