anger and damage to mind and body

Anger: The Silent Force That Damages Your Body, Mind, and Spiritual Balance

You know that moment. Something goes wrong, someone crosses a line, a situation slips out of your hands—and suddenly you feel something tighten inside your chest. Your heart starts pounding. Your jaw locks. Your breathing turns shallow, sharp, uneven. That is anger. Perhaps the most widespread emotion of our time, no matter what part of the world we are talking about, what social class, what level of education. Anger is everywhere. It begins as mild irritation, grows into stronger frustration, and sometimes erupts into fury, even hatred. It shatters peace, damages relationships, and wears down the body. But do you truly understand what happens in those moments—not only to your body and mind, but also to your soul?

Alarm in the Body – A Reaction You Do Not Control

Every episode of anger sets off a biological alarm inside the body. The adrenal glands release cortisol and adrenaline almost instantly. Blood pressure rises. Muscles tighten as if preparing for combat. Breathing becomes fast and shallow. Evolution designed this mechanism for genuine danger—a tiger in the grass, a hostile tribe, a sudden threat to survival. The problem is that today your “tiger” is more likely to be traffic on the highway, an unexpected change, or a poor decision made by your boss. Yet the body does not know the difference. It reacts with the same force, again and again.

When anger becomes habitual, that internal alarm never fully shuts off. Chronically elevated blood pressure can lead to hypertension and strain the heart. Cortisol lingers in the system too long, weakening the immune response. Headaches appear. The neck and shoulders stay tense. Sleep becomes disturbed. Digestion begins to suffer. What looks like a collection of separate physical problems may, in many cases, be rooted right here—in unresolved anger circulating through the body day after day.

A Mind on Fire – When Reason Falls Silent

Anger does not damage only the body. Its effect on the mind is equally destructive, though often less obvious at first. A person living in a state of chronic irritation gradually loses access to calm, clear thinking. You react instead of reflect. You say things you do not truly mean. You make decisions that you regret by evening.

With time, anger builds a thicker and thicker wall inside the mind. It isolates. It steals the ability to enjoy small things, blinds you to the beauty hidden in ordinary life, and corrodes relationships—even the most precious ones. Psychological research has repeatedly shown that people with high levels of anger are more vulnerable to depression and anxiety disorders. Anger directed outward is destructive. Suppressed anger, turned inward, can be even more dangerous.

Fear in Disguise – The Real Source of Anger

Anger comes easily because many of our fears are expressed through it. Human beings carry countless fears, and these fears are often the primary issue underneath everything else. Yet most people struggle deeply when it comes to looking honestly into their emotions—especially into fear.

Are you angry at your boss because he is unfair? The deeper issue may be the fear that he could do something harmful to your future. Angry at politicians? That may be fear of laws or decisions that could work against you. Jealousy? At its core, it is often the fear of losing love. It is simply easier for us to feel these secondary emotions—jealousy, resentment, rage, envy—than to face our fears directly. But that is exactly where the real problem lies. Not on the surface. Deeper.

Vibrations and the Astral World – A Dimension Rarely Discussed

Here we enter territory that is essential, even though it is rarely spoken about openly. When anger becomes a habit, our energetic vibration drops. In that state, we begin to attract the spirits of deceased people who carried a great deal of anger during life and, after physical death, did not move on into the higher realms. The anger they cultivated bound them to the emotional plane—the so-called astral world—precisely at the level of that emotion. They struggle to free themselves because they created so much of it.

Energy never disappears. It may change form, but as energy it remains present. There are now more than 8 billion people on this planet, and all the anger we generate has to go somewhere. If it is love, it rises to the level of love. If it is irritation, it moves to the level of irritation. If it is fear, it gathers on the level of fear. The force of a spirit’s emotion is often much stronger than the force of our own. That is why it can be so difficult to recognize when the anger we feel is no longer fully ours—when it is coming from outside, from a being we have drawn toward ourselves.

The Trap of Blame – A False Strategy That Tightens the Bond

When you are going through a spirit removal process, a spirit will often try to provoke you into rage—especially rage toward it. Its calculation is simple: if you become angry, you immediately drop to the level of anger, and from there it becomes much easier for it to connect with you and draw from your energy. Do not fall into that trap. Anger toward a spirit does not free you. Even though it may briefly feel like strength, it actually strengthens the bond and, in the end, weakens you even more.

The same is true of guilt toward yourself for having attracted such a spirit in the first place. You must not turn against yourself. Very often, the habits that led to this may reach back far beyond the present moment, even into previous incarnations, and can be deeply ingrained. But they are not helped by self-hatred. They are healed through understanding. You need compassion for yourself. You need patience with yourself. Distance from negative emotion leads to freedom. Anger does not.

Awareness Instead of Identification – The Way Back to Yourself

These problems begin to dissolve the moment we stop identifying with anger and rage. We may still feel them, yes—but we no longer send them outward as energetic force into the astral plane. The moment we become aware that a powerful emotion is moving through us, and we know it is only an emotion—that it is not who we are—everything starts to change.

We are not our emotions. We are not our thoughts. We are something far greater. A luminous being on a higher level, created by God. Breathing practices, proper meditation, regular mindfulness—these are not fashionable slogans but ancient, time-tested tools that can genuinely reshape the brain, lower cortisol, and restore balance to the whole system: body, mind, and soul.

Forgive yourself. Ask the Higher Intelligence—God, the Universe—for release, and allow compassion to return to the center of your life. You have simply fallen into a habit. And a habit can be changed. Your body, your mind, and your soul are waiting for silence—and you have every right to give it to them, consciously, gently, step by step, beginning today.
