You are living in a time when fear has become one of the strongest forces shaping human behavior. Not love for those closest to you. Not deep wisdom. Not inner peace. Fear. You fear consequences. You fear rejection. You fear losing what matters to you. And without even realizing it, those fears begin making many of your daily decisions for you. But have you ever stopped to ask yourself what living in this constant state of fear is actually doing to your mind, your emotions, and your life?
From the moment you are born, you are taught that fear is meant to keep you obedient. Traffic laws, school rules, social expectations—many are built around the same principle: break the rule, and painful consequences will follow. Over time, this pattern becomes automatic. Your mind and emotions begin anticipating punishment before anything has even happened. Eventually, you find yourself trying to satisfy countless rules imposed from the outside—many of which exist only in your own imagination.
Little by little, fear stops being a simple emotion. It becomes a way of living, quietly directing your choices and shaping the person you become. Modern science supports the idea that emotional stress can be passed from one generation to the next—not only through learned behaviors, but also through biological mechanisms. That means your fears may not have begun with you. They may carry echoes of experiences your ancestors lived through. This is not something to blame yourself or your family for. On the contrary, it offers hope. What you did not consciously create, you can consciously transform.
The Universe operates according to an entirely different logic. Its laws are as precise and consistent as the laws of physics. They do not punish. They do not seek revenge. Instead, they faithfully return whatever you send into the world. Anger, impatience, resentment, jealousy—none of these return as punishment. They return as opportunities to recognize and transform the patterns that created them.
Imagine a parent who constantly loses patience with their children, shouting and filling the home with negativity. According to these universal laws, that same individual will eventually experience similar circumstances themselves. Perhaps through a supervisor who constantly criticizes and humiliates them. Or perhaps, in another incarnation, by being born as the child of the very souls who are now their children, experiencing the same lack of patience they once expressed.
In this way, the cycle continues from one lifetime to the next until someone consciously chooses to break it. The same principle works just as powerfully in the opposite direction. When you encourage others, believe in their potential, and see them as capable of overcoming their struggles, those same qualities begin returning to you. Encouragement comes back as encouragement. Strength returns as strength. Courage attracts even greater courage. The more kindness and goodwill you send into the world, the more those same qualities naturally become part of your own experience.

There is another kind of fear—one deliberately created by other people. Throughout history, social, political, and economic systems have repeatedly relied on the same formula: create fear first, then offer protection from that fear or demand obedience in return.
Learning to recognize this difference is essential. On one side are natural consequences that arise through the law of cause and effect. On the other is fear intentionally projected onto people by those who seek influence or control. This does not mean you should start a revolution. History repeatedly shows that external revolutions without inner transformation rarely create lasting freedom. Consider the French Revolution. It began with the promise of liberation but ultimately descended into violence and terror.
Real change begins somewhere much quieter. It begins within you. Moment by moment, ask yourself a simple question: Am I acting from love, or am I acting from fear?
Fear slowly drains your life force. This is not merely a poetic idea. It is something you can observe in your own experience. The more often you react through fear, anger, or other destructive emotions, the more frequently similar situations seem to appear. Those reactions reinforce one another, gradually pulling you into increasingly negative emotional states.
From our perspective, this vibration also brings a person closer to the energetic level where souls who remain trapped in darkness continue to exist. These are souls that, after physical death, did not move into higher regions of the emotional worlds because throughout their earthly lives they functioned almost entirely through unconscious fear and automatic emotional reactions. They remain where their vibration has settled, naturally seeking people whose emotional state resembles their own.
The good news is that awareness itself is already the first step toward freedom. Recognizing that fear has been influencing your life is not a reason to feel ashamed. It is the beginning of real change. The key is learning to observe your emotions instead of immediately acting upon them or projecting them onto others. This applies equally to emotions directed toward yourself. Guilt, self-condemnation, and harsh self-judgment can be just as destructive as anger directed outward. The goal is not to suppress emotions. The goal is to avoid becoming controlled by them.
At first, this can feel incredibly difficult. Old reactions seem automatic. Yet every moment you pause before reacting, every time you choose awareness over impulse, you create a new response to familiar situations. Neuroscience confirms that the brain remains capable of change throughout life. New patterns can be created. Lasting transformation is possible.
For decades, our organization has helped people free themselves from attached spirits. It is real work, and its results can be observed in people's lives. Yet our deeper purpose reaches beyond simply leading spirits away.
The greater goal is to help you remove the source that continues attracting them. As long as fear remains your dominant vibration, you naturally continue attracting beings who exist within that same frequency. Never forget who you truly are. You came from the Light. You were created by the Light.
The fear, negativity, and emotional burdens you carry are NOT your true identity. They have covered your deeper nature, but they are NOT who you are. Truth, love, and lasting happiness gradually emerge as you release everything that pulls you away from your highest self. One step at a time. One emotion at a time. Until, little by little, genuine freedom becomes your new reality.
